Recent Projects

We recently completed this project in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia, Pa. What made this job so special to us because we worked with a couple of different materials we have never used before. Our client wanted to divide their overgrown backyard into a more livable space for them and their pets. So we decided to split half of the yard into a patio for our customer, and the other half of the yard into artificial grass. Since we were working in an urban area where parking and bringing machinery can be difficult, we decided to use a paver foundation technology called Gator Base. Using a Gator Base we only had to excavate about 40% of the foundation soil. Thus saving a lot of time and labor. We used E.P. Henry Bristol Stone one in pewter with a charcoal border for the patio. I really like using Gator Base, especially how the edge restraints lockdown. I will be using this product in the future. In the second half of the project, we used Synlawn, an artificial grass designed for pe ts. We have never installed an artificial lawn before but it's not much different than installing a paver patio. The job turned out great and the customer was happy. I also plan to use this material again. I added before and after photos.

This is a commercial property we maintain in Marple Township. It has been a problem trying to grow grass in this area of the property for years. So we decided to renovate the lawn. The soil was very poor and compacted and needed to be tilled and fresh soil added. A few weeks later and we have amazing results.

We recently completed this project in Paoli, PA . Our client wanted to remove part of their driveway to create a 550SF patio to complement their newly remodeled bonus room. The customer was looking for a paver with a textured look, so we suggested E.P. Henry Bristol Stone 2 , in the Tucson color scheme, with a charcoal border. I added before and after pictures as well as aerial photos courtesy of Ed Conroy.

This is a walkway patio combo we did in Berwyn, Pa. We used E.P. Henry bristol stone 2 smooth done in the pewter blend for the patio. Also, we add a wall and piers using E.P. Henry tudor wall in harvest blend. The walkway was done in E.P. Henry old towne cobble using a pewter blend infield with harvest blend border to match their existing walkway in the front yard. I added some before and after photos and aerial photos courtesy of Ed Conroy.

We replaced a dilapidated staircase for a customer in Springfield over the winter. The steps accessed both the back door and back yard of the property. For this project, we used E.P. Henry Coventry Wall 3, in a 3-inch Harvest Blend with a Universal Pewter Blend Wall Cap. The white railing was added after completion.

This portion of our site is dedicated to recent projects that we have completed. We will give a brief description of what we have done as well as the materials that were used on the job. We will also provide before and after photos, which should give the potential customer a good idea of what various types of work that we do.

This is a paver patio job we did in Springfield, in the spring of 2020. First-time homeowners wanted us to create a walkway connecting the driveway to the backyard and a small patio. The materials used on this project were EP Henry Coventry Stone I in Pewter and Belgian Block Border to give a more rustic look.

This is a cleaning and seal job we did on a patio we installed about 15 years ago in Concord Township. It is very important that all paver projects have maintenance every 3 to 4 years. Cleaning and sealing help to provide a barrier between the paver and dirt as well as provide extra strength to a newly sanded joint. The before and after photos should help explain what I am talking about.
